3 . I didn’t see the item I am looking for can you provide a quote
If you didn’t find the item you were looking for, please share the details of the tool you need and submit using the " Can't Find a Product" button on the top banner . Our associates will be happy to provide pricing and lead time for the items you requiree point of view of your customer.
4 . When can I expect my order
All in stock items will be shipped via our truck, that makes deliveries to each area we service on a weekly basis. If you require overnight shipping, please let us know and we would be happy to make arrangements for delivery with our courier service for a minimal fee.
5 . What are your Hours of operation
Our office is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST
6 . What if I need rush shipping
At time of check out, choose the UPS shipping option and we would be happy to ship your order for next day delivery.
7 . Where can I find my account number
Your account number is located on the righthand side of your quote, below the date.
8 . What form of payment do you accept
Orders will be invoiced and emailed to your Accounts Payable. We accept cheque, and EFT payments.
